i modificaci\u00f3 del contracte de durada determinada (a partir 30\/03\/2022).<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Amb efectes del 30\/03\/2022 desapareix el contracte d&#8217;obra i neix el contracte de durada determinada per circumst\u00e0ncies de la producci\u00f3 o per substituci\u00f3 de persona treballadora. Presumpci\u00f3 d&#8217;indefinici\u00f3 de la relaci\u00f3 laboral. La temporalitat ha d&#8217;estar degudament justificada i concretada, havent d&#8217;existir connexi\u00f3 d&#8217;aquesta amb la durada del contracte.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Nova_regulacio_del_contracte_fix_discontinu\"><\/span>Nova regulaci\u00f3 del contracte fix discontinu.<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Desapareix la distinci\u00f3 de r\u00e8gim jur\u00eddic entre contractes fixos peri\u00f2dics i fixos discontinus, aix\u00ed com la presumpci\u00f3 contemplada en l&#8217;article 12.3 del\u00a0ET\u00a0que \u00abel contracte a temps parcial s&#8217;entendr\u00e0 celebrat per temps indefinit quan es concerti per a fer treballs fixos i peri\u00f2dics dins del volum normal d&#8217;activitat de l&#8217;empresa\u00bb (disp. final octava. 2 f). Objecte: es concertar\u00e0 per a treballs de naturalesa estacional o activitats productives de temporada, aix\u00ed com aquells que no tinguin aquesta naturalesa per\u00f2 que, sent de prestaci\u00f3 intermitent, tinguin per\u00edodes d&#8217;execuci\u00f3 certs, determinats o indeterminats.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Contractes_i_subcontractes_aplicacio_prioritaria_del_conveni_de_sector\"><\/span>Contractes i subcontractes: aplicaci\u00f3 priorit\u00e0ria del conveni de sector.<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La nova redacci\u00f3 donada a l&#8217;article 42\u00a0ET\u00a0afirma que el conveni col\u00b7lectiu d&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 per a les empreses contractistes i subcontractistes ser\u00e0 el del sector de l&#8217;activitat desenvolupada en la contracta o subcontracta, amb independ\u00e8ncia del seu objecte social o forma jur\u00eddica, tret que existeixi un altre conveni sectorial aplicable. Aix\u00ed mateix, s&#8217;assenyala que el conveni d&#8217;empresa nom\u00e9s podr\u00e0 aplicar-se per la contractista o subcontractista si determina millors condicions salarials que el sectorial que resulti d&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Altres_mesures\"><\/span>Altres mesures:<span
