La no conformitat amb aquestes normatives pot resultar en multes importants, arribant fins als 300,000 euros i, en certs casos, fins a un mili\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Llu\u00eds San Jos\u00e9, advocat laboralista de AGM Advocats, destaca la import\u00e0ncia d&#8217;altres obligacions, com el registre retributiu, el Pla d&#8217;Igualtat i el dret dels treballadors a la desconexi\u00f3 digital. Aquestes s\u00f3n responsabilitats fonamentals que les empreses han de tenir en compte per a la seva correcta gesti\u00f3.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Mesures_contra_lAcos_Laboral_Desenvolupament_del_Protocol\"><\/span>Mesures contra l&#8217;Acos Laboral: Desenvolupament del Protocol<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>La Llei Org\u00e0nica 3\/2007, per a la igualtat efectiva entre homes i dones, estableix les pautes per complir amb l&#8217;obligaci\u00f3 de prevenir l&#8217;assetjament laboral. Aquesta mesura est\u00e0 integrada dins del Pla d&#8217;Igualtat, i totes les empreses, independentment de la seva mida, han de desenvolupar un protocol contra l&#8217;assetjament.<\/p>\n<p>Aquest protocol ha de ser elaborat a partir d&#8217;un manual d&#8217;acci\u00f3 que permeti prevenir i sancionar aquest tipus de conductes, i establir canals a trav\u00e9s dels quals es pugui dur a terme la seva den\u00fancia. En el cas dels negocis sense Pla d&#8217;Igualtat (la majoria d&#8217;aut\u00f2noms i PIMES) han de negociar el protocol contra l&#8217;assetjament laboral amb la representaci\u00f3 legal de les persones treballadores o la representaci\u00f3 sindical. Aquells negocis que no comptin amb un protocol d&#8217;assetjament poden ser sancionats amb multes que van dels 7,501 als 225,018 euros.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Registre_Retributiu_Garantint_Transparencia_Salarial\"><\/span>Registre Retributiu: Garantint Transpar\u00e8ncia Salarial<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>El registre retributiu, obligatori per a totes les empreses i no nom\u00e9s per a aquelles amb m\u00e9s de 50 treballadors, t\u00e9 com a objectiu assegurar la igualtat salarial. Aquest registre, implementat el 2019, exigeix que les empreses reflecteixin les mitjanes aritm\u00e8tiques i mitjanes de els treballadors de igual valor desglossats per sexe i salaris, juntament amb complements salarials i no salarials.<\/p>\n<p>Les sancions per no dur a terme el registre retributiu poden ser d&#8217;un m\u00e0xim de 6,250 euros en casos greus. En situacions on es confirmi que existeix desigualtat salarial, les multes poden ascendir fins als 187,515 euros.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Registre_de_Jornada_Cumpliment_del_Reial_Decret-Llei_82019\"><\/span>Registre de Jornada: Cumpliment del Reial Decret-Llei 8\/2019<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>A partir del Reial Decret-Llei 8\/2019, totes les persones treballadores han de mantenir un registre diari de la seva jornada, indicant les hores treballades, les hores extra i les mensuals. Les sancions per no complir amb aquest registre varien des de lleus, entre 60 i 750 euros, fins a molt greus, entre 7,501 i 225,018 euros.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Prevencio_de_Riscos_Laborals_Gestio_Integral_de_Riscos\"><\/span>Prevenci\u00f3 de Riscos Laborals: Gesti\u00f3 Integral de Riscos<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>La Llei de Prevenci\u00f3 de Riscos Laborals estableix l&#8217;obligaci\u00f3 de gestionar tots els riscos derivats de cada lloc de treball, inclosos els riscos psicosocials.
