La legislaci\u00f3 espanyola ja exigeix un registre salarial separat per g\u00e8nere, amb sancions de fins a 7.500 euros per incompliment.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Transpar\u00e8ncia en Ofertes de Treball:<\/strong> A partir de juny de 2026, totes les ofertes de treball hauran d&#8217;incloure la retribuci\u00f3 inicial o la banda salarial basada en criteris objectius.
