WhatsApp i el correu electr\u00f2nic, tot i ser habituals en la comunicaci\u00f3 di\u00e0ria, no compleixen aquest requisit. Aix\u00f2 vol dir que l\u2019\u00fas d\u2019aquests canals comporta riscos legals importants.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1034\" data-end=\"1322\">Com explica el jurista laboralista Jaume Barcons, nom\u00e9s en casos molt concrets podria arribar-se a acceptar un acomiadament fet per WhatsApp. Ara b\u00e9, l\u2019empresa hauria de demostrar que aquest era el mitj\u00e0 habitual de comunicaci\u00f3 amb el treballador, fet gens f\u00e0cil d\u2019acreditar en un jutjat.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1324\" data-end=\"1386\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Quina_es_la_manera_correcta_de_comunicar_un_acomiadament\"><\/span>Quina \u00e9s la manera correcta de comunicar un acomiadament?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1388\" data-end=\"1668\">La millor opci\u00f3 \u00e9s entregar la carta d\u2019acomiadament en m\u00e0, amb signatura de recepci\u00f3, o enviar-la per burofax o mitjan\u00e7ant una acta notarial. Aquests s\u00f3n els \u00fanics m\u00e8todes que garanteixen que la comunicaci\u00f3 \u00e9s v\u00e0lida i que es pot demostrar davant de qualsevol impugnaci\u00f3 judicial.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1670\" data-end=\"1944\">\u00c9s fonamental no improvisar. Utilitzar canals correctes pot marcar la difer\u00e8ncia entre un proc\u00e9s net i un maldecap judicial.
